Ok so I know how much music on blogs annoys some of you other bloggers and readers and I can understand why. However, like my twin Taschima, I think music on my blog expresses my own individuality and sense of self. Plus most my music tends to be softer keyed and fairly calm.
So I've reached a compromise. My music is still on my blog however it is no longer at the bottom but in the sidebar. Also, it is not on autoplay. This way those of you who do wish to listen to it, because I know some of you enjoy my music, still can.
In case you are curious as to the music on my player, here is the list of songs.
~Shenandoah by Hayley Westenra
~Dark Waltz by Hayley Westenra
~Walking in the Air by Chloe Agnew

Awesome song choices! I'm a Hayley Westenra fan, too. And Celtic Woman is great.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you've decided to stay away from autoplay. I hate getting startled when I'm trying to read. It tends to turn me off a blog if it makes me almost wet my pants.
You seem like you would listen to Jack Johnson. Great list, Great option
ReplyDeleteI think this is a good compromise. I enjoy listening to your music, but sometimes I am already listening to my own music. Now I can choose :)
ReplyDeletei'm glad you're still keeping HAYLEY!!! :)
ReplyDelete- seriously, i love your playlist. excellent taste in music!
Aww the new skin of your Ipod is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteYes to music! You just reminded me I was going to add some new stuff to my Ipod.
You know which song I like most from Avril Lavigne? I'm With You. Love it. Also Nobodys Home.
Glad you all like my music choices.
ReplyDeleteaeimaginer: Of course I'm keeping Hayley. :D If I could only choose one song it'd totally be Dark Waltz.
Taschima: Yeah I LOVE Nobody's Home but wasn't sure how it'd do for the blog.

Ohh, I definitely will have to check out some of those songs! I had a music player too, but eh, I found it hard to express my individuality through it since I'm a metal/classical type of girl. Hehe, instrumental metal? P:
ReplyDeleteThose seem like great choices though! And Fireflies definitely has this way of getting stuck in your head. *o*
LOVE Celtic Woman. :)
