Black Friday
At around 11:20PM Thanksgiving night, my mom and I arrived at Walmart. A crowd was already gathering and people were surrounding the DVDs. "We can't start grabbing anything at all from the action alleys until 12:01 AM," they told me as I approached. So I spend the next 30 minutes just standing in front of the DVDs. I talk to a woman next to me as well as a girl a few years older than me and her dad. Me and the girl form a buddy system to make sure we can grab the dvds from each side of the display that we wanted. Somewhere between 11:50 and 11:55 PM someone comes over the intercom saying we can go ahead and start but can't check out until 12:01 AM. ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE! Within 15 seconds I have my dvds and am gone to search for my mom stationed at another DVD display. After we have what we want I go in search of the picture frame I was wanting. Lucky me, weren't a whole lot of people wanting those. My mom and I were checked out and had arrived home before 12:30AM with everything we wanted. Epic success. Here's what I got:

I didn't even try to go conquer the mobs until later in the day. But even then I just went to Border's and Target. Both of which were busy but it was only the parking lot that was the nightmare. Looks like you got some good stuff though!
And you won some amazing things this week! I'm really wanting to read Elixir and signed! Now, that would be awesome!

What a great week for you! Elixir was pretty good, Nightshade was amazing, and I found that the Unidentified was okay. I also went to Wal-Mart and got a lot of good buys too. Have a great week :)
